Usability and Accessibility

Accessibility and usability are two very important areas to build in to any online site or user application.

Web accessibility means making the web useable by everyone whatever their ability or disability. Anything from poor contrast between colours, small typefaces and unintuitive menu systems can render your site inaccessible.

Web usability is all about aiding and guiding your visitors through your site, whether to help them access information they need quickly, or even persuade potential buyers to purchase your product or service.

Our Design and Development Teams work closely together to develop an accessible interface for all. We use industry standard best practice guidelines along with good common sense and our experience to meet your users expectations and needs. We ensure that the technical framework of any online tool is developed to W3C Web Accessibility Initiative (WAI) standards and the conformance level is discussed at the start of any project.

Intuitive navigation menus, strong information architecture and clear content signposts are automatically built into any visual / web design project.
