Web development services: Client support and maintenance

Once your website or application is up and running, you need to be able to rely on it. Nothing is more important than making sure that it stays available to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. That's why BOCC invests greatly in our client support services.

Clients use our online support helpdesk facility, secure in the knowledge that our carefully managed system will track and progress any query to a satisfactory conclusion within the prescribed service level agreement.

How to qualify for support?

All new web development work that BOCC provides its clients comes with a standard 90-day warranty from the date it is put live, or as detailed in the contract. BOCC can provide a continuation of the warranty through the set-up of a support and maintenance agreement. This enables BOCC to continue to support and help maintain your applications and systems through the use of our online helpdesk system.

Support contracts

BOCC propose support agreements that are individually tailored for each client. These are based upon the size of the web development work and calculated by the number of support hours required per month on an annual basis.

Behind the helpdesk

The online helpdesk system provides an interface to submit your support request to BOCC's professional team of technical advisers. Each request is given a reference number so that it can be tracked and monitored. It is BOCC's aim to individually communicate responses at a level that suits each client's technical understanding. The support team are skilled in fixing issues from applications, to network connectivity and databases.

Response times

BOCC's standard response time for helpdesk queries is within 8 working hours, but this can be reduced to 4 working hours if required. Our working hours are between 09:00 and 17:30 Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays and the period between Christmas and New Year.
