BOCC E-forms is a flexible application which makes it easy to create, complete and administer your own e-forms for use within an internet/intranet environment using a standard web browser. E-forms is simple enough to allow non-technical users to create the forms and yet robust enough to allow the creation of multiple page forms utilising advanced research techniques such as piping, branching and matrix questions. The web forms created by E-forms can be stand-alone forms or easily embedded into existing web pages and the forms can be optionally configured to interface with other external systems (such as a payments or back-office systems).

Browser web-based forms can be used to replace or complement paper based forms. Advantages to offering e-forms include the ability to:

• reach a larger audience
• easily create/amend forms to suite changing needs, legislation etc
• quickly respond to new situations by making appropriate forms immediately available
• improve the quality of the responses received through the use of automated validation and other technology
• import response data into other systems for analysis, reporting and even mail merges since the data is stored electronically
• encourage collaboration by allowing remote access to the form-builder and easily give all interested parties access to the response data for analysis

- all with reduced administration costs.

E-forms has a secure web-based administration and form building tool which allows people to create and edit the form and to analyse and report on responses in real-time. Access to the administrative functionality can be granted on a user-by-user basis. Response data can be viewed and analysed in HTML and graphical reports as well as exported in popular formats (CSV/XLS and XML) for integration with other systems including Microsoft^® Office and in-house Customer Relationship Management Systems (CRMs).
