Online forms are fully accessible and can conform to WAI level 'AAA'. Users with virtually any browser can use the forms. Users with older browsers will be able to use and navigate the forms, but the look and feel with much older browsers may be the same as with browsers that support W3C standards correctly. Users with the following browsers will have the best and most consistent experience when completing the forms:

• Microsoft^® Internet Explorer 5, 5.5 and 6
• Netscape^® 6, 7 and 8
• Opera 6, 7 and 8
• Firefox^® 1 other Mozilla^TM browsers
• Safari^TM 1

on Windows^®, Linux^®, Unix^® and Macintosh^®. The screen resolution required depends on the form design.

To make the administration area as easy to use and robust as possible, some browser specific features have been used and the e-forms administration area has been developed to work with:

• Firefox^® 1+ other Mozilla^TM 1.3+ browsers
• Safari^TM 1.1+ on Apple^® Macintosh^®
• Internet Explorer 5.5 and 6 on a Microsoft^® Windows^® platform

A minimum screen resolution of 1024 x 768 pixels is recommended if the user form design is say 800 pixels wide.

The e-forms system must be hosted on a server having the following installed:

• Microsoft^® SQL Server 2000
• Macromedia^® ColdFusion^® MX 6.1+ Application Server running on a Microsoft^® Windows^® based platform
• Secure server certificate (SSL) for administrative area (and optionally user forms)
• Web server with full script and read/write/execute permissions
