BOCC CMS: Pricing

The BOCC Content Management System is available with a full-unlimited user licence for £ 12,000 plus VAT.

Typically the BOCC CMS is provided as part of a project, which includes additional services. The following costs are based upon various elements also being included with the project and are provided as a guide for budgeting purposes.

BOCC Content Management System Provision of the Core BOCC Content Management System.	£ 12,000.00
Requirements Analysis For clients with more complex requirements	£ 1,500.00
Visual Design and Templates Suite Integration Our visual design team will work with you to create a look for your Internet, Intranet or Extranet site. We will then develop a suite of templates for the site, which would be integrated with the CMS.	£ 9,200.00
Documentation A user administration area reference guide will automatically be provided. The documentation would be provided in both hard copy and as Microsoft Word documents on a CD-ROM.	Included
Training BOCC will provide an initial handover session of the CMS to the client once the system is ready for review and testing. This is included within the Project Management. Additional training can then also be provided.
We strongly recommend that key administrators be initially trained in the use of the administration area of the system. This is typically a one-day course, but further specific sessions can be set-up as required.	£ 810.00 for up to 4 attendees
We are also optionally able to provide system technical training to more experienced members of our clients IT teams.	£ 810.00 for up to 4 attendees
90-day Warranty The BOCC Content Management System comes with a 90-day warranty from launch against programming errors and defects. Any errors found during this period will be fixed free of charge.	Included
Support and Maintenance Agreement Support agreements start at 1 hour per month with a guaranteed 8-hour response.	£ 1,020.00 per annum
Hosting Provision of fully managed dedicated server, which includes: Hewlett Packard DL360 2Gb RAM 2 off 72.8Gb hard disk drive Operating system - Windows 2003 Server Microsoft SQL 2000 Server Macromedia ColdFusion MX 7.0. Norton anti-virus Provision of SSL secure certificate	£ 6,400.00 per annum
Website Statistical and Link Checker Reports Provision of monthly statistical reports for web visitor analysis and web link validation.	Included
Project Management BOCC project management charges typically include on site meetings, handover sessions and day-to-day client liaison.	£ 1,920.00
