The Service Delivery and Organisation Programme is part of the National Institute for Health Research. The SDO programme commissions research and produces research evidence that improves practice in relation to the organisation and delivery of health care. BOCC continues work with the organisation to develop, support and host eCAS - their online grant application and processing system.
The Union Learning Fund (ULF) was created in 1998 by the Government to provide training in the work place to increase people's basic skills. The fund is managed by TUC Unionlearn. BOCC developed the original grant management system in 2003 and we continues to work the ULF team to enhance and promote the system.
