Mark Hall, Managing DirectorMark is responsible for setting the overall strategy for the technologies and methodologies used to deliver a high quality service to clients. He is involved strategically with larger projects - from both a general overview and a customer focus perspective. His technical background in network and server support together with his knowledge of systems development and implementation on client-server systems allows him to identify options and methodologies to achieve project and business objectives in a cost-efficient and timely manner. |

Marcus Mills, Operations DirectorMarcus, a professional member of the British Computer Society, has overall responsibility for all aspects of BOCC's services ensuring resources are available 24 hours/day. This includes direction, guidance, monitoring and reporting on BOCC's information systems, hardware devices, software systems, data security, telecommunications and network. |

Tracy Walker, Business Development DirectorTracy primarily manages and implements BOCC's business development strategy. This includes all sales and marketing activities; integrated with the exploration and monitoring of new business processes and up-and-coming technologies. Tracy also focuses on client relationships and constantly reviews our levels of customer service. This is all combined with her broad mix of technical, design and management skills to provide an ideal initial point of contact for both new and existing clients. Tracy is also a member of the British Computer Society and a Fellow of the Royal Society for the Encouragement of the Arts, Manufacturing and Commerce. |

Matthew Batterton, General ManagerMatthew conducts numerous day-to-day business activities and duties. He is a principal contact for many ongoing customer relationships. His key role is in ensuring the client's expectations are identified and subsequently met. On a project-by-project basis Matthew is responsible overall for ensuring that any project is run on time and to budget. He is typically the main project liaison point, providing a consistent client contact at BOCC. He has been involved with many large-scale client project implementations including Trade Unions Congress, Oxford City Council and A2 Housing Group, many of which have been run to Prince 2 project management methodologies. |

Jeremy Gladwin, Systems Development ManagerDay to day, Jeremy manages our team of systems developers, ensuring a consistent approach whilst investigating and developing ways to improve product delivery and performance. Jeremy's involvement with the entire project lifecycle contributes to the success of our clients' projects. |

Maria Robertson, Design ManagerMaria is a design professional with broad experience in rich digital media. She has extensive experience in graphics production from branding and conceptual design, to interactive design using Director and Flash, as well as the integration of music and video for use in online and interactive design. Her role at BOCC is to create design solutions that suit all medias, perhaps for on screen display or print that above all enhance the user experience. She works closely with both our clients and the technical team to develop and implement ideas, and promote visual identity throughout projects. |

Keith Thornburn, Technical ManagerKeith, a professional member of the British Computer Society, is dedicated to bringing new technologies and techniques to BOCC's clients. Keith also works closely with clients and uses his expert technical knowledge to produce technical specifications based on their requirements. |
