Office Deputy Prime Minister
The Office of the Deputy Prime Minister appointed BOCC to implement a business process change based on an existing web-based document management system. This involved the use of an archival facility for key documents.
There was no lost-time for users of the web-based system.

Website Maintenance
BOCC continue to provide an updates service for some website clients. For many of these it is a webpage editing, checking, upload and testing services undertaken to a service level agreement.
Clients provide update requests through a dedicated secure web interface and updates are typically completed within 4 or 8 hours, unless an embargo time has been provided.
This service can be an economic alternative to building content management systems when the number of changes are quite minor, or where special design or functionality requires a 'hand crafted' finish.

e-Learning Extranet
The Trading Standards Institute approached BOCC to develop an interactive e-Learning system. An Extranet was developed that provides workplace learning, refresher information and continuing professional development (CPD) assistance for practitioners and students at all levels in the trading standards profession.
The system is fully integrated with the existing back office document and membership databases and course creation and management is undertaken using a comprehensive web-based interface. Further information is available as a case study.
Completed site and databases hosted by: BOCC.

Inside Redbridge
Following on from the success of the public citizen's website for Beacon Council London Borough of Redbridge, BOCC has developed and installed an intranet for the council. Like the website, the intranet is completely administered through a BOCC web-based content management system written specifically to meet the council's particular requirements.
