CCTV Traffic Enforcement

BOCC developed the online service for London Borough of Camden where traffic contravention data and CCTV images are updated on the site daily from internal systems at Camden. Vehicle owners who have been identified from bus lane monitoring receive a letter with a unique web access code allowing them to log in to view their own images. The owners can choose to pay using Camden's online payment system, or submit an objection.

Due to the success of the project, the system has been extended to allow a larger number of fines and their CCTV images to be handled. The systems and application upgrade was undertaken by BOCC.

Thames Valley Vacancies

The Thames Valley Housing Association website, designed and developed by BOCC, provides online services for tenants, leaseholders and homeowners belonging to the association. Rent data and interactive repair reporting and tracking is available for registered users.

The site has been extended to provide a full online job vacancy application and submission system.

Royal Society e-GAP

The grant application and processing (e-GAP) system developed for the Royal Society by BOCC has been extended to include five new schemes for International projects.

The system covers all aspects of application, approval, assessment, award offer, holder maintenance, management and reporting. BOCC undertook the specification, database design and implementation, data replication system, assisted with set-up of internal servers, testing, training and subsequent support.

Thirteen different rounds have been opened for application.

Trades Union Congress

BOCC developed the dynamic document administration system that powers the TUC website and its Learning Services and Union Reps sites. The system also provides the automated news and information subscription and broadcast service used every day. Some enhancements have been added:

• replication of documents between the sites
• microsite user tracking
• design amendments to improve usability
• dynamically built site maps
