Report a Repair

BOCC developed a 'report a repair' system for London and Quadrant Housing Association that is available through their Residents' website.

This month, BOCC has updated the tool that directs enquiries to the appropriate local housing office. Changes in property ownership by the housing association and office boundaries necessitated the update.

Dedicated Hosting

BOCC has added a new facility for an existing dedicated-hosting client to help with the development of a new suite of web services.

The configuration included setting up and testing existing dynamic applications so that these could be modified and extend.

Management Information

BOCC has developed a secure pilot personnel tracking system for a consortium of clients. The extranet serves multiple organisations and has a complex security model based on roles. BOCC's creative design team developed an innovative look and feel for the project.

The site draws on information provided by users across the organisations and assembles personnel profiles based on access rights. Photographs, images and other data are generated dynamically and stamped with user data visible and hidden to discourage proliferation of the information to third parties.

Intranet A-Z Index

A dynamically built A-Z index has been added to the intranet for children's charity NCH. With an increasing amount of content, complex ranked search results were not always providing the best matches first. NCH asked BOCC to develop an A-Z index of preferred terms and secondary terms that is configurable by NCH staff.

The A-Z Index is available separately but also integrates with the site search to provide preferred terms matches first.

BOCC undertook systems analysis, specification, project management, informational, graphical and systems design, development, testing and on-site installation of the NCH Intranet last year.
