Advice by Email
BOCC have developed an online advice request system for Shelter, the homelessness charity.
The online advice was created as a plug-in to the existing content management system (CMS) and assists website users to find help online using the in-built thesaurus, before they submit their request.
The data is stored on the webserver and automatically replicated into Shelter's internal customer relationship management (CRM) system via a secure, encrypted link. A unique reference number is generated for subsequent tracking.
BOCC created the bespoke CMS for Shelter in 2004 which was designed to manage the multiple websites that Shelter operates.
Completed sites and databases hosted by BOCC.
