Mark Hall

Managing Director

Mark is responsible for setting the overall strategy for the technologies and methodologies used to deliver a high quality service to clients. He is involved strategically with larger projects - from both a general overview and a customer focus perspective.

His technical background in network and server support together with his knowledge of systems development and implementation on client-server systems allows him to identify options and methodologies to achieve project and business objectives in a cost-efficient and timely manner.

Tim Collingwood

Project Director

Tim is responsible for the overall planning and implementation of client projects from initial consultation, through to design and final implementation.  Working closely with other members of the BOCC team, he ensures that the necessary skills and resources are available for each project.  His broad knowledge of systems development and technologies enables him to steer projects to successful completion. Tim works day to day on many complex and involved development projects. He ensures that our clients are kept fully informed on the progress of a project, maintaining day-to-day communications. Tim adopts an agile project management approach, ensuring that the delivery of any application meets with all client expectations.
