We work hard and expect our team to achieve the highest standards in all that we do. However, we do want you to have a life outside of work - so we only work late if we absolutely have to and certainly not at the weekend!

You'll be encouraged to forward your career with BOCC. We carry out staff appraisals twice per year and agree personal objectives and targets.

We're only as good as our people and we want to employ and nurture the best. So if it that means you’re not based at our offices in Oxford, then we can offer remote working to make it easy for you to work for us.
