Mark Hall, Managing Director

Mark is responsible for setting the overall strategy for the technologies and methodologies used to deliver a high quality service to clients. He is involved strategically with larger projects - from both a general overview and a customer focus perspective.

His technical background in network and server support together with his knowledge of systems development and implementation on client-server systems allows him to identify options and methodologies to achieve project

Marcus Mills, Operations Director

Marcus has overall responsibility for all aspects of BOCC's services ensuring resources are available 24 hours / day.

Marcus' focus includes direction, guidance, monitoring and reporting on BOCC's information systems, hardware devices, software systems, data security, telecommunications, hosting and network. Marcus is also a professional member of the British Computer Society.

Tracy Walker, Business Development Director

Tracy, a member of the British Computer Society and Fellow of the RSA, primarily manages, implements and monitors BOCC's business development strategy. This is integrated with the exploration and monitoring of new business processes and up-and-coming technologies.

Tracy also focuses on client relationships and constantly reviews our levels of customer service. This is all combined with her broad mix of technical, design and management skills to provide an ideal point of contact for both new and existing clients.

Tim Collingwood, Project Director

Tim is responsible for the overall planning and implementation of client projects from initial consultation, through to design and final implementation.  Working closely with other members of the BOCC team, he ensures that the necessary skills and resources are available for each project.  His broad knowledge of systems development and technologies enables him to steer projects to successful completion.

Maria Robertson, Design Manager

Maria, a member of the Chartered Society of Designers, is a design professional with broad experience in rich digital media. She has extensive experience in graphics production from branding and conceptual design, to interactive design using Director and Flash, as well as the integration of music and video for use in online and interactive design.

Her role at BOCC is to create design solutions that suit all medias, perhaps for on screen display or print that above all enhance the user experience. She works closely with both our clients and the technical team to develop and implement ideas, and promote visual identity throughout projects.

Tom Lofts, Technical Consultant

Tom takes the technical lead on many of the larger complex web application projects which BOCC develops. His broad knowledge and experience of a wide range of web technologies means that he can advise clients on the most appropriate technical solution for their requirements.

Tom's flexible approach to technology ensures that BOCC continues to offer advice and support on the latest web technologies.

Lawrence Stocker, Project Administrator

In his role as Project Administrator Lawrence is involved in all aspects of the design and development process. He works closely with the Project Director and other members of the BOCC team throughout the project life cycle and on an ongoing basis helping to support live sites and applications.

Lawrence has a background in web site content management and also front line customer service roles enabling him to provide ongoing reliable and dependable project progress reports.

Amandine Basson, Systems Developer

Amandine uses her expertise in database development and systems integration to create innovative web applications, often integrating with existing back-office systems. She focuses on implementing intuitive and friendly user interfaces for all web applications.

Adam Lobo, Systems Developer

Adam has a keen eye for design detail. He works very closely with our Design Team to ensure a seamless transisition from design concepts to final web implementation.

David Marrs, Systems Developer

David uses his core web development knowledge and expertise to deliver innovative and accessible websites to our clients.

Kevin Robertson, Systems Administrator

Kevin is responsible day-to-day for the smooth running of our data centre in Oxford. He ensures that our services are running 24/7, by monitoring and reporting on BOCC's support system, hosting and network.

Richard Viner, Systems Developer

Richard uses his expertise in accessibility and usability to deliver websites and applications that are fully standards compliant.

Richard Ward, Multimedia Designer

Richard works very closely with Maria to deliver and create design solutions for our clients. He specialises in digital and multimedia production, predominantly using Adobe Flash and Captivate.
